Making Sense of Networks with MultiNet

KnowledgeVis, LLC was pleased to work with the University of Utah and Kitware in developing MultiNet, a web-based community resource for exploring matrix and network datasets. This three year National Science Foundation award explored how to make network creation tools readily available, and provide visualization options for data items related by a network of relationships. During the course of the project, we partnered with experts in several different application domains: including phylogenetics, neuroscience, and social networking.
