Microscopy Imaging and Analysis

Confocal Microcopy is a challenging field of research imaging as cell boundaries can be hard to distinguish due to their small size and superposition. KnowledgeVis has worked with NCI Investigators to improve what they can see and learn from their microscopy and fluoroscopy datasets. We have segmented 2D and 3D microscopy datasets and used open-source tools for interpretting antibody markers in modern, multichannel imagery.
