Medical Imaging Analysis

KnowledgeVis has worked with expert radiation oncologists to develop AI for automatic tumor segmentation and patient survival risk prediction. Our research examined the cancerous lesions and the impact of the regions inside the lung immediately adjacent to known lesions before Stereotactic Body RadioTherapy (SBRT) was applied. We have used our expertise in image analysis in microscopy and pathology-based AI development projects to explore cellular neighborhoods and deploy models in containers to improve reusability of the AI models.
